I was looking for a web design contract... for example 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon completion. Here is what we are responsible for... here is what we are not responsible for.... etc.

Currently I cannot easily indent nested lists using the tab key. In my experience, nested lists are quite frequent in agreements and not having this feature will make it hard for non-geeks to edit.

Under choose a form... There are so many contracts, once one of them is selected, I did not know how to proceed.. I looked at the bottom of the long list of contracts and noticed a small white create contract button. Make this Green ( the color used in the branding) and but this to the top right of the page.. Make it large too... Check out how quoterobot.com does it.

Allow people to upload and format new contracts in exchange for points, votes, free contracts, etc. This system would have to be moderated, of course.

Enabling comments on forms would enable people to talk about their experiences filling out the forms.

It jumps away from under my mouse cursor so it misses the mouse-up event and keeps tracking my mouse movements even if I frantically click elsewhere to get rid of my "stalker".

Can we make the printing easier for everyone? I have sent two contracts out and each person says how do i print this out?

I have 2 contexts in contractually: my personal context and my business context. I switch between them using "switch account" at the top right.

I have a contract created by the business context. The business is a signer. My personal account was invited as a reviewer. Now, regardless of my context, I cannot view/edit the contract as a signer. For this particular contract, my context is always 'reviewer' and never 'signer'.

Or maybe some notify the sender when the other parties view the deal for the first time.

I just had to follow up with an email to make sure the other party got the invite and reviewed the document.
